ULED: Blender's Ultimate Old LED/CRT shader

When i say Ultimate, i mean Ultimate. This not only works in cycles and eevee, but greatly emulates the feel of an old CRT/LED display. Use this for if you wanna make a render of a VHS cassette playing, or just wanna mess around with effects. And this has it all: resolution, custom pixels, RGB shift, image distortion, color bleeding, blurring, screen dirt, glossiness, adjustable blanks between rows of pixels, customizable white noise, VHS noise, random brightness variation, EXTREMELY customizable bright scanline things (you can change everything from the gradient to the distortion) and all of this, for free, neatly packaged into a single node group.
